Thank you for ordering from Haydenville Broomworks. Our Terms of Service are intended to ensure that your order is processed as efficiently as possible. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided with an order, including all contact details, billing and shippings addresses, and payment details. Haydenville Broomworks commits to process your order in a timely fashion, including shipping within the time period specified. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, who are responsible for the processing of your credit card payments. Alternative forms of payment may be accepted at Haydenville Broomworks' discretion. Haydenville Broomworks will contact you shortly after receipt of an order if any additional information is required to fulfill your order. Customers will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting an order. This order provides receipt of the order, and includes an order number that can be used for reference in any future communication.
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are dissatisfied, however, we will do our best to address your concerns. If your broom or whisk defective in any way, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. At this time we cannot offer refunds for orders, although we are happy to offer a store credit. In the case of returns for exchange or store credit, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
We package our products carefully, and cannot offer refunds in the case that your package is damaged by postal carriers. In most cases we obtain tracking numbers for each package from USPS, and can assist in locating errant packages. However we also cannot offer refunds in the case that a package is lost by a postal carrier if it has been dispatched to the address listed in the order.
We value your privacy. On this page we summarize what information we might collect from you when you visit our website, and what we will and will not do with it.
What we do with your personally identifiable information
It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us. “Personally identifiable information” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual, such as, for example, your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and your computer’s domain name and IP address which can indicate where your computer is located on the Internet while you visit our website. The latter information is needed to allow our website to "talk" with your computer. Other personally identifiable information will only be collected in the process of making a purchase or commenting on a blog post.
If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner, we will not sell or rent it to a third party without your permission — although unless you opt out (see below), we may use your contact information to provide you with information we believe you need to know or may find useful, such as (for example) news about Haydenville Broomworks. We take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We not use or disclose the information except as necessary to provide the products you have ordered. This includes passing your credit card information to our payment processor (Stripe), and you name and address to postal carriers to deliver products you have ordered.

We may use this information, individually or in the aggregate, for technical administration of our Web site(s); research and development; and to help us focus maintain and develop our website in the future.
Haydenville Broomworks uses “cookies” to store personal data on your computer. We may also link information stored on your computer in cookies with personal data about specific individuals stored on our servers.
